Regular Cleaning
If you’re like most people, you’d love to remove ''housework' from your list of chores. Like most people you are probably already multi-tasking on a daily basis and could no doubt make better use of the time you set aside to clean.
- I will visit you in your home and discuss with you your tailor-made cleaning requirements and create a cleaning schedule just for you
- Ironing can also be included in your cleaning schedule
- All cleaning duties are carried out by my uniformed staff and to my exacting standards
- Spot checks are carried out by me or my Supervisor(s) – unannounced
Andrea’s Cleaning regime includes the following and more:
All Rooms
- Dust skirting boards, pictures, light fixtures, knick-knacks, window sills, furniture, shelves and blinds
- Vacuum curtains and fabric furniture
- Clean glass surfaces
- Make up or straighten bed linen
- Empty wastebaskets
- Remove cobwebs (my personal phobia)
Bathrooms including En-Suites
- Scrub and clean toilet, including seat, lid and bowl
- Clean showers, baths and sinks
- Clean dry and shine all mirrors, chrome and tiles
- Wipe cabinet fronts (damp cloth)
- Clean all other fixtures and fittings, shelves and vanity sinks
Kitchens
- Clean worktops
- Clean hobs and oven including control knobs
- Clean, dry and shine all white goods
- Wipe cupboard fronts, tables and chairs (damp cloth)
- Clean microwaves inside and out including the turntable
Spring Cleaning
If you need one-off cleaning to fresh up your home I can help. I can arrange for a member/s of my cleaning team to come on a day and time that is convenient for you. My one-off cleaning service is suitable for all clients who do not require cleaning on regular basis. As well as house cleaning we can help with ironing if required. I require minimum of 4 hours per one-off cleaning visit. Andrea's Cleaning Maids can provide all the necessary cleaning materials unless you prefer us to use your own.

Entrance Area
Wipe entrance door, wipe light switches, wipe skirting boards, vacuum carpet, and wash floor if necessary.
Cobwebs
Remove all cobwebs from all areas of your home.
Kitchen
wipe door, wipe light switches, wash up, clean hob, clean inside/outside microwave, clean inside/outside oven, clean sink, wipe inside/outside fridge, wipe outside kitchen cupboards, wipe all surfaces, wipe washing machine, wipe dishwasher, clean inside windows and window sills, vacuum carpet, wash floor if necessary.
Living room(s)
Wipe door, wipe light switches, wipe skirting boards, clean mirrors, wipe tables, dust all surfaces, clean inside windows and window sills, vacuum carpet, wash floor if necessary.
Bedrooms
Wipe door, wipe light switches, wipe skirting boards, clean mirrors, dust all surfaces, clean inside windows and window sills, vacuum carpet, wash floor if necessary.
Bathrooms including En-Suites
Wipe door, wipe light switches, scrub and de-scale bath and shower, scrub and disinfect toilet and toilet seat, scrub and de-scale bathroom sinks, clean and de-scale shower doors and tiles, wipe all surfaces, clean mirrors, clean inside windows and window sills, vacuum carpet, wash floor if necessary.
Radiators
For radiators I recommend use of a radiator brush which allows us to clean and remove dust from behind your radiator. Don't worry if you have not got the tool as all my Operatives carry the radiator Brush as standard equipment.
Airing Cupboards
Remove all items of clothing, linen etc. and vacuum the cupboard. Replace items removed folded and straightened.
Wooden Floors
I know that each wooden floor is different, therefore careful consideration is given to cleaning your floor. My operatives use a Flat Mop system which uses very little water to clean your wooden floors. This avoids over-wetting and eliminates the possibility of the floor expanding. The final stage is to ensure that any products you use are applied and used in the correct manner.
End of Tenancy Cleaning
I offer reliable and quick end of tenancy cleaning services, specialising in end of tenancy cleaning for Landlords and Tenants. I require just 24 hours' notice to organise your end-of-tenancy cleaning.
If time allows I will visit you in your property and to discuss your ‘Tailor Maid’ cleaning requirements and create a cleaning schedule for your property.
- All Cleaning duties are carried out by my uniformed staff and to my exacting standards
- Spot checks are carried out by me or my Supervisor(s) – unannounced
- Once the cleaning session has been completed I arrange a ‘sign-off’ with either the Tenants or Landlord – to ensure all work has been completed to a satisfactory standard
Andrea’s End of Tenancy cleaning regime includes the following and more:
Kitchen - Diner
Clean inside - outside all kitchen cupboards; clean inside/outside of oven; clean inside/outside microwave; wash inside/outside of dishwasher; clean inside/outside fridge; damp wipe all kitchen countertops; defrost freezer; clean hob/grill; sweep and wash hard surface floors; descale and clean sink, damp-wipe window ledges, skirting boards, door frame and radiator.
Bathrooms
Scrub and disinfect bathroom floors; scrub and disinfect toilet, clean and descale bath and shower, shower doors and tiles; scrub and descale bathroom sinks; wipe all counters; clean mirrors, wipe skirting boards and door frame.
Bedrooms
Vacuum and mop (if necessary); clean mirrors; remove litter; remove cobwebs; clean windows inside; dust and wash window sills and ledges; vacuum carpet edges; clean inside cupboards and wardrobes.
Living room(s)
Vacuum and mop (if necessary), vacuum carpet edges, clean mirrors, polish tables, clean and polish all surfaces, clean pictures, wipe skirting boards and door frame, remove cobwebs; clean windows inside; dust and wash window sills and window frames, remove litter.
Hallway and Stairs
Vacuum and mop (if necessary), vacuum carpet edges, clean mirrors, wipe skirting boards and door frame, remove cobwebs.
Radiators

De-Clutter
If required I can help with the de-cluttering of your home. I can arrange for items no longer required to be taken to local charity shops. If you have a preference in this regard please let me know, otherwise I will endeavour to take to your local ‘Cancer’ charity shop – my favoured charity.
Senior Citizens Home Help Cleaning
I can offer you a reliable Home Help / Cleaner to visit you in your home on a regular schedule (Same Day - Same Person). I will introduce you personally to your Home Help prior to your first arranged visit.
